Shipping
We ship all orders from the Republic of Ireland. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.

Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Customs and Import Duties

Shipping within the EU
Good news! Since we're both part of the EU single market, you won't have to worry about any extra customs duties or import taxes.

Shipping to the UK
Keep in mind that because the UK is no longer in the EU, things work a bit differently when shipping goods from Ireland to the UK. Customers based in the UK are responsible for paying any customs or import duties incurred on their orders. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping price and may be charged upon delivery of your products in the UK (regardless of order value).

Responsibility for fees: If your order is over £135, you will likely need to pay VAT and customs charges when your order gets to the UK. These fees are set by the UK government and are not included in your purchase or shipping costs.

Possible delays: Getting through customs can sometimes take a bit longer, so your delivery might be delayed. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control.

Returns
Due to the collectable nature of trading cards and the importance of maintaining their sealed condition, we generally do not accept returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us at info@sinocardstcg.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items in your email.

Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. However, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fees we incur for the initial transaction.
